In 2007, Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan signed an agreement in the field of trade. This is how the Customs Union came into being. At the same time, trade turnover increased significantly and customs duties on some groups of goods were cancelled. Subsequently, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia joined the CU member countries.

CU-TR合格证书   CU-TR Certificate of Conformity

CU-TR合格证书是一份正式证书，证明海关联盟地区的任何产品完全符合所有海关联盟技术法规和要求，包括国家间的GOST标准和技术法规。 The CU Certificate of Conformity is a document officially certifying that any product in the CU area fully complies with all norms and requirements, including interstate GOSTs and technical regulations.

目前，欧亚联盟包括 5 个国家：俄罗斯联邦、白俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦、吉尔吉斯斯坦和亚美尼亚。吉尔吉斯斯坦和亚美尼亚。EAC合格证书在上述所有国家境内均有效。 Today the Customs Union includes 5 states: the Russian Federation, Belarus, Kazakhstan. Kyrgyzstan and Armenia. The certificate of conformity is valid in the territory of all the above-mentioned countries.

随着共同欧亚联盟关税区协议的签署和EAC合格证书的采用，海关联盟成员国的经济得到了显著的发展。为什么呢？首先，免税销售经批准的各类商品成为可能。其次，合格证取代了许多单据，这反过来又大大增加了国家间的贸易额。With the signing of the agreement on a common customs territory and the adoption of the certificate of conformity, the economy of the CU member countries has significantly intensified. Why? Firstly, it became possible to sell approved groups of goods duty-free. Secondly, the certificate of conformity replaced many documents, and this, in turn, led to a significant increase in interstate trade turnover.

欧亚联盟技术法规  Technical regulations of the CU.

海关联盟技术法规涵盖哪些产品？主要技术规范的通过为2012年。它们适用于最广泛的产品：从儿童用品到低压设备。What products are covered by technical regulations? The year of adoption of the main TR - 2012. They apply to the widest range of products: from children's goods to low-voltage equipment.

在哈萨克斯坦获得的EAC证书与在亚美尼亚获得的EAC证书在类型、形式和获得程序上都没有区别。根据《欧亚联盟技术法规》认证的产品标签所采用的流通标志也是相同的。 Both types are the same for all countries that are members of the CU: a document obtained in Kazakhstan will not differ from a document obtained in Armenia neither in type, nor in form, nor in the procedure of obtaining it. The circulation mark adopted for labelling of products certified under the CU technical regulations is the same.
