TP TC 032/2013 (TR CU 032/2013) 关于承压的设备安全 海关联盟技术法规 一、适用范围 1、本技术规定为开发(设计)制造的承压设备规定了安全要求,以保护人身和健康,财产,防止误导消费者的行为。 2、本技术规定涵盖以下类型的设备: a)用于在压力环境下介质是气体、液化气体和蒸气的容器以及用于第1组工作环境并具有: 最大允许工作压力高于0.05MPa,容量大于0.001m³,最大允许工作压力的容积值超过0.0025MPa•m3 最大允许工作压力20 MPa,容量大于0.0001 m3至0.001 m3。 第1组工作环境下,介质用气体的容器类别列于本技术规定附录1的表1中 (b)用于气体介质容器,液化气体溶液,用于第2组工作环境的蒸汽: 最大允许工作压力在0.05MPa以上,容量超过0.001m3,最大允许工作压力的乘积值超过0,005MPa·m3 最大允许工作压力超过100MPa,容量大于0.0001 m3至0.001 m3。 第2组工作介质用气体容器的类别见本技术规范附录1的表2 c)用于第1组工作介质中液体的容器,具有: 最大允许工作压力在0.05MPa以上,容量超过0.001 m3,最大允许工作压力的容积值为0.02MPa·m3 第1类液体和工作介质用容器类别列在本技术规定附录1的表3中 d)用于液体容器,用于第2组的工作介质,并具有: 最大允许工作压力MPa•m3 最大允许工作压力大于100MPa,容量大于0.0001 m3至0.01 m3。 第2类用于液体工作介质的容器类别见本技术规范附录1的表4 e)容量为0.002 m3的锅炉,用于生产温度高于110℃或蒸汽压力高于0.05MPa的热水,以及容量大于0.002 m3的直接燃烧容器。 蒸汽和热水锅炉及直接燃烧容器的类别见本技术规定附录1的表5 f)管道,其最高允许工作压力在0.05 MPa以上,公称直径大于25mm,用于气体和蒸汽,用于第1组的工作介质中。 用于气体和蒸汽的管道类别,用于第1组的工作介质,见本技术法规附录1表6。 g)管道的最高允许工作压力超过0.05 MPa,公称直径大于32 mm毫米,公称直径大于100 MPa的最大允许工作压力的乘积,用于气体和蒸汽,用于组内工作介质。 适用于气体和蒸汽的管道类别,用于第2组的工作介质,见本技术法规附件1表7。 h)最大允许工作压力高于0.05MPa,公称直径为25mm,最大允许工作压力为200MPa·mm的管道设计用于液体并用于第1组工作介质中。 第1组液体和工作介质设计的管道类别见本技术规范附录1的表8 i)管道的最大允许压力为500 MPa•mm,专为液体设计,用于组工作介质2。 本规范附件1表9列出了第2类液体和工作介质设计的管道类别 j)耐压项目的设备(组装单元)及其组件 k)公称直径为25 mm的阀门(用于第1组工作介质的设备),公称直径为32 mm的阀门(用于组2的气体介质的设备),公称直径为200 mm的阀门(用于液体,用于第2组的工作介质。 最大允许工作压力超过50MPa,容量大于0.0001 m3至0.001 m3



There are two groups of working environments on which the equipment category will depend:
Group 1 - includes environments consisting of flammable, oxidizing, flammable, explosive, toxic and highly toxic gases, liquids and vapors in a single-phase state, as well as their mixtures.
Group 2 - includes environments that are not included in group 1.

What equipment should be protected from?

On this, of course, the list does not end there. In order to avoid possible technical problems, the manufacturer must, in the manufacture of equipment, strictly ensure that it complies with all the established characteristics and parameters set forth in this regulation.

Tests for certification of equipment under pressure 032/2013

I would like to say that before testing the vessel is thoroughly checked both outside and inside. Devices that interfere with internal and external inspection should be removable, as a last resort, the owner is responsible for preparing the equipment. The products are pressured for tightness, for durability in order to see leaks if they exist and are tightly sealed, the unstable environment of the contents in the vessel can significantly affect both human health and life in general. Next comes a test of the reliability of equipment materials and creep naturally with regard to the use of equipment. Sometimes, as necessary, additional tests are carried out that take into account the actions of other factors.

We all know the procedure for confirming the conformity of product quality. All equipment manufactured on the territory market, vehicle is subject to mandatory testing and documentation of product reliability.
A document that can confirm the equipment’s compliance with all requirements may be a declaration or a certificate.
The conformity assessment procedure is performed by an accredited body included in the Unified Register of TC bodies and test centers.
During its passage, the applicant forms a package of documents, which includes: tests of pressure vessels 032 tr cc
- Equipment passport (in more detail, what information should be included in the passport);
- Justification of security;
- Instruction manual equipment;
- All project documentation;
- The results of the calculation of the bandwidth of the safety devices (if any) and the strength calculations;
- Testing information;


A document confirming the compliance of the characteristics of materials and all components to the equipment (for more information);
The list of standards specified in section V of these regulations that have been applied in production (if they have been applied);
Other documents that somehow confirm the compliance of equipment with this regulation.
