CUTR = Customs Union Technical Regulation (ТР ТС / TR CU). CUTR is just another shorthand for TR CU. TR CU Certificate of Conformity (CoC) — often called EAC Certificate — is the mandatory third-party conformity certificate for high-risk goods to import and sell on the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) market (Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan).
❌ It does not replace separate permits: SGR state registration, fire certificate, RZN medical registration, GGTN (Kazakhstan) etc.
❌ It only covers exactly the models, manufacturer and CUTR regulations listed on the certificate
