食品EAC认证 TR CU 021/2011 On safety of food EAC Declaration,State registration The technical regulation of the Eurasian Customs Union TR CU 021/2011 On safety of food sets the requirements for food safety, including the manufacture, labelling, distribution, transport, storage, disposal and requirements for certain types of food in the territory of Customs Union. The aim of the technical regulation is the protection of human life and health, the environment, as well as the bowing of deception of the buyer by misleading information. According to the technical regulation TR CU 021/2011, food shall be safe during the minimum shelf life when used as directed. The relevant limit values for food are laid down in the Annexes to the technical regulation
