All food products produced in Russia, the Customs Union, as well as of foreign production, are subject to mandatory quality confirmation in accordance with the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union (CU TR 021/2011).

What document is required for sale?

A mandatory document for all fresh fruits, vegetables, berries and greens grown on Russian fields or imported into Russia from abroad is the Declaration of Conformity under the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union 021-2011 (ТР ТС). All products are subject to mandatory declaration, without which manufacturers are not allowed to sell fruits, vegetables, berries and greens, and so on.

This document can be obtained from tests in accredited laboratories. In which research will be carried out and on the basis of the test report, a mandatory document will be issued, giving the right to sell products in retail, in bulk or by other legal means on the territory of the Customs Union.
