In order to simplify tasks in matters of supervisory functions over the quality of facilities, a system of standards uniform for use has been developed and implemented, which detail the positions required to ensure proper quality properties of facilities. In metrology, standardization and certification, as in science, there is a division into three basic components. By virtue of this, standardization covers the area of establishing fixed rules, as well as the intrinsic characteristics of products. Metrology as a science is recognized as a controlling mechanism over measurements. In turn, certification confirms the validity of compliance of the goods released into circulation with all the characteristic norms of standards and technical regulations.
