Russian‑language technical dossier, ISO‑9001‑2015 certificate, product nameplate and user manual are necessary;
No factory audit required, this is the biggest advantage;
Certificate validity: single‑batch (valid for only one shipment contract), or long‑term 1‑5‑years;
Manufacturer and EAEU‑side authorized representative bear full legal responsibility; customs may conduct random inspection afterwards.
Lead‑time: 7‑15 working days; relatively low cost.

3. EAC‑CoC (EAC Certificate of Conformity, Mode‑1C / 3C for cables)
Applicable cable types (high‑risk items, DoC is not allowed):
Flexible cables, shielded cables, mining‑cables, explosion‑proof cables, fire‑resistant & low‑smoke halogen‑free cables, rubber‑sheath portable cables.
Mandatory requirements:
Sample full‑set testing in an EAEU‑accredited laboratory;
Long‑term certificate (3‑5 years): mandatory on‑site factory audit, annual surveillance audit every year;
Certificate is issued by a Rosaccreditation‑authorized certification body, registered in official EAEU database;
The certificate is valid across all five EAEU‑member states;
Available validity period: 1‑year, 3‑year or 5‑year;
Lead‑time: 35‑90 days, higher costs compared with EAC‑DoC.

4. High‑Voltage Cables (>1kV): No EAC‑certificate available
For Russia market only: apply GOST‑R PCT certification:
6‑35kV HV‑cable: GOST‑R DoC‑declaration;
110kV‑220kV ultra‑high‑voltage cables: mandatory GOST‑R CoC with factory‑audit;
Standards: GOST‑R‑IEC‑60502‑2‑2008, GOST‑31996‑2012 plus fire‑safety certificate GOST‑31565‑2012, climate test GOST‑15150‑69 (‑50℃ XL version).
