High-Risk Products Mandatory for TR CU Certificate (CoC)

All products below are legally required to apply for TR CU Certificate of Conformity (CoC); a TR CU Declaration (DoC) will be rejected by EAEU customs and market supervision.
Each category links to its corresponding EAEU Technical Regulation (TR CU).
1. Explosion-Proof Equipment | TR CU 012/2011
Highest risk: risk of fire & blast in chemical, mining, gas industries
Explosion-proof electric motors, junction boxes, switches, lighting fixtures
Ex-proof sensors, control panels, pumps, fans for flammable gas/dust environments
Mining underground electrical gear, chemical plant explosion-protected equipment
2. Pressure Equipment & Boilers | TR CU 032/2013
Risk of tank rupture, gas/liquid explosion
Steam & hot water boilers, industrial pressure vessels, LPG gas cylinders
High-pressure pipelines, heat exchangers, air compressors with pressure tanks
Safety valves, pressure relief devices for industrial pressurized systems
3. Lifts / Elevators & Escalators | TR CU 011/2011
Risk of falling, entrapment fatalities
Passenger elevators, freight lifts, construction hoists
Escalators, moving walkways, elevator safety components (cables, brakes, control cabinets)

4. Toys for Children | TR CU 008/2011
Strict mandatory CoC for all toys (DoC is not allowed)
Plastic/wooden/plush toys, electric toys, ride-on kids’ cars
Puzzle toys, water toys, shooting toys, educational play equipment
Risk: choking hazards, toxic materials, electric shock for minors
5. Critical Children & Teenager Goods | TR CU 007/2011
High-risk infant/juvenile products require CoC
Baby strollers, child car safety seats, cradles, playpens
Baby feeding bottles, pacifiers, teething products
High-risk children furniture (toddler beds, climbing frames)
6. Wheeled Vehicles & Key Auto Safety Parts | TR CU 018/2011
Risk of traffic accidents & fatal injuries
Complete passenger cars, trucks, buses, motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles
Auto core safety components: tires, brake assemblies, steering systems, airbags, seatbelts
Fuel tanks, vehicle gas equipment, child car seats
7. Medical Devices | TR CU 037/2016
Direct contact with human body; defective products threaten life
Implantable devices: pacemakers, artificial joints, stents
Life-support equipment: ventilators, defibrillators, infusion pumps
Surgical instruments, diagnostic high-risk lab test kits, anesthesia equipment
8. Industrial & Construction Heavy Machinery | TR CU 010/2011
Mechanical crushing, collision, falling hazards
Cranes, forklifts, excavators, loaders, bulldozers, road rollers
Metalworking CNC lathes, milling machines, woodworking industrial machines
Welding equipment, mining drilling rigs, agricultural harvesters, tractors
Garage vehicle lifts, industrial hydraulic presses, large packaging machinery
9. High-Risk Low-Voltage Electrical Equipment | TR CU 004/2011
Risk of electric shock & fire
Power distribution cabinets, high-current switchgear, industrial control panels
Large power transformers, heavy-duty motor drives, charging stations
High-power industrial heaters, commercial kitchen electrical equipment
