The Republic of Kazakhstan Certificate of Conformity is a document certifying that products comply with the requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan legislation in the field of technical regulation, i.e. it is a document of conformity in the GOST Kazakhstan system. It is required for exporting products to Kazakhstan and Russia. The presence of this certificate indicates that all standards and regulations have been met in accordance with the requirements of technical regulations.

The Customs Union Declaration of Conformity (CU Declaration) is a standardised document certifying that products comply with the established requirements of the CU Technical Regulations, accepted by the manufacturer/contractor (under their own responsibility). It is one of the types of mandatory confirmation of conformity for the import, sale and use of products in the territory of the three member countries of the Customs Union (Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus).

海关联盟EAC符合性证书（海关联盟证书）是证明产品符合海关联盟技术法规要求的文件，是产品在海关联盟成员国（哈萨克斯坦、俄罗斯、白俄罗斯、亚美尼亚和吉尔吉斯斯坦）境内进口、销售和使用的必备文件 （哈萨克斯坦、俄罗斯、白俄罗斯、亚美尼亚和吉尔吉斯斯坦）境内进口、销售和使用产品时，无需根据国家法律进行额外产品认证。
CUSTOMS UNION CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY
The Customs Union Certificate of Conformity (CU Certificate) is a document certifying that products comply with the requirements set forth in the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union. It is mandatory for the import, sale and use of products in the territory of the CU member states (Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan) without additional product certification under national legislation.
GGTN K哈萨克斯坦安装使用许可
根据2014年4月11日哈萨克斯坦共和国第188-V号《民防法》第74条规定，授权国家机关对下列技术、设备及材料的适用颁发许可：
— 用于危险生产设施的；
—用于危险技术设备的。
危险生产设施（根据哈萨克斯坦共和国《民防法》第71条）还包括危险技术设备：
工作压力超过0.07兆帕斯卡或水温超过115摄氏度的技术设备（供热网络除外）；
起重机械、自动扶梯、索道、缆车、电梯。
PERMIT FOR USE
In accordance with Article 74 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 11 April 2014 No. 188-V ‘On Civil Protection’, the authorised state body issues a permit for the use of technologies, technical devices and materials:
— used at hazardous production facilities;
— used in hazardous technical devices.
Hazardous production facilities (in accordance with Article 71 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan ‘On Civil Protection’) also include hazardous technical devices:
technical devices operating at a pressure of more than 0.07 megapascals or at a water heating temperature of more than 115 degrees Celsius, with the exception of heating networks;
lifting mechanisms, escalators, cableways, funiculars, lifts.
