Artice 9. Protection clause
State - members of the Customs Union shall take all measures to limit, ban to issue the low voltage in the common customs territory of the Customs Union, and withdrawal from the market low-voltage equipment that does not meet the safety requirements of the technical regulations of the Custom Union.
