The management system certification body carries out inspection control over the operation of the certified management system.

If the results of the inspection control are negative, the applicant makes one of the following decisions:

- suspend the validity of the declaration of conformity;

- cancel the declaration of conformity.

The applicant shall make an entry in the Unified Register of Issued Certificates of Conformity and Registered Declaration of Conformity issued in a single form.
