TP TC 022/2011 食品标签EAC认证 TR СU 022/2011 On food marking ​The technical regulation of the Customs Union TR CU 022/2011 On food marking specifies requirements for the labeling of food, namely date of manufacture, expiry date and designation. Furthermore, requirements are set according to basic nutrients and rules for the designation of energy value, proteins, fats and carbohydrates, which are contained in the products, in order to prevent actions which could deceive consumers. The technical regulation TR CU 022/2011 aims to ensure the uniform application and enforcement of food labeling requirements in the Customs Union and to ensure the free movement of goods.

The constituents of the foodstuffs must be indicated in decreasing order of the mass fraction.

The food identified according to the labeling must ensure the classification of the food as well as the truthful description and the distinguishability of other food.

It is prohibited to list any non-existent ingredients of a food in the marking.
