如何申请EAC认证？

海关联盟认证申请流程：

第一步：填写海关联盟CU-TR认证申请表，确认出口产品名称、型号、数量、产品海关代码。

第二步：认证机构根据海关代码和产品信息确认产品类别，决定认证方案。

第三步：制造商根据认证机构的认证方案提交产品俄文资料和技术文件、测试报告、与独联体国家供货合同。

第五步：认证机构专家到生产工厂进行产品测试和质量体系审核（如有必要）

第六步：生产工厂根据机构专家意见修改产品资料文件或质量体系文件（如初次审核不合格）。

第七步：认证机构制作证书草稿，申请商确认草稿准确无误，反馈给机构。

第八步：证书签发。

第九步：在产品名牌上粘贴食品海关联盟认证“EAC”标记，凭证书复印件清关。

EAC认证要求资料：      

1、  申请表，说明书或操作手册，技术护照，计算书，安全风险评估报告，照片， ISO9001证书，CE证书或其他证书；

2、海关联盟境内申请公司-（海关联盟代表公司信息-进口商企业法人营业执照（Огрн）,公司详细信息（名称、法定地址、总经理、电话，传真、邮件），贸易合同和商业发票）--如果没有进口商，需要我们提供俄罗斯代表服务和代表协议费用1000元（通用五国）；

EAC认证时间：10个工作日出电子版证书，然后尾款后2周左右正本从俄罗斯寄到中国。

The technical regulation of the Customs Union TR CU 019/2011 On safety of personal protective equipment includes mandatory safety requirements for personal protective equipment designed to be worn or held by the worker to protect him against one or more hazards likely to endanger his safety and health at work, and any addition or accessory designed to meet this objective. The safety of personal protective equipment shall prevent the absence of impermissible effects on man and the environment, which are attributable to the use of personal protective equipment, including the materials used for this purpose.

Furthermore, the protection against harmful effects such as:

• mechanical effects and general industrial pollution

• harmful chemical effects

• ionizing and non-ionizing radiation

• effects of increased or reduced temperature

• effects of electrical current, electric or electromagnetic fields

• effects of biological origin (microorganisms, insects)

• reduced visibility

The technical regulation TR CU 019/2011 is intended to ensure the uniform application and enforcement of the requirements for personal protective equipment on the territory of the Customs Union as well as the free movement of goods.

In accordance with the technical requirements of TR СU 019/2011, personal protective equipment must be designed and manufactured in such a way that, when used in accordance with the requirements, they always guarantee the following characteristics:

• required level of health and safety against harmful factors

• failure to admit unacceptable risks which could lead to situations that create dangers

• required level of life and health protection against hazards that may arise during the application of personal protective equipment

The requirements for the development, manufacture, application, storage, transport, distribution and disposal of the personal protective equipment are not specified in the regulation. These are subject to the legislation of the Member States.

Personal protective equipment may not be placed on the market of the EAEU until it complies with the requirements of this and other technical regulations of the Customs Union.
