Since February 15 of this year, changes and adjustments have affected the certification of machinery and equipment regarding safety requirements in accordance with the technical regulations in the territorial scope of the Customs Union under registration number 010/2011. The need to adopt new legal regulations is caused by the practical need for state customs control when importing, exporting or transporting products across the border, subject to mandatory certification and full compliance with the requirements of the CU TR. Thus, according to Annex No. 3, for example, clause 2 establishes the need for obtaining an appropriate certificate for snowmobiles, snow and swamp-going vehicles and their trailers. This regulation obliges to design for a certain category of products, parts and mechanisms of permits certifying their quality. So, for example, during customs inspection (customs clearance) you will need to provide a certificate for a scooter, or its engine.
