TR CU = Technical Regulations of the Customs Union (ТР ТС). After reorganisation, new regulations are named TR EAEU. Each regulation defines mandatory safety rules, product scope, marking rules, and which conformity document is required: CoC (Certificate of Conformity) or DoC (Declaration of Conformity). One product may fall under multiple TR CU simultaneously; all applicable regulations must be covered in your EAC certificate / declaration.
Difference between TR CU and TR EAEU
TR CU: Adopted during the old Customs Union period (2011–2014), still fully valid today.
TR EAEU: New regulations adopted after establishment of the Eurasian Economic Union.
In daily export practice, people still collectively call all of them TR CU / CUTR.
