After approval, upload all files into Kazakhstan national‑registry system maintained by KazStandard;

Issue electronic GOST‑K certificate with dynamic QR‑code. Starting‑from‑2025, paper‑version certificates are invalid; customs‑officers verify validity via QR‑code in official‑database.

Single‑batch certificate: Valid only for the stated contract quantity, expires after one‑time customs‑clearance;

Serial‑production certificate (1‑year /3‑year): Valid for mass‑export to Kazakhstan during the validity period.

Stage‑5: Marking on Switch‑Cabinet and Follow‑up Obligations

Mark GOST‑K logo, QR‑code, rated‑parameters in Russian‑language on cabinet shell and outer‑packing‑box as per Kazakhstan marking‑requirements;

For serial‑production certificate: accept annual surveillance‑audit and periodic product‑sampling‑tests;
